Dwarf Korean Lilac (Syringa meyeri 'Palibin') is a compact, deciduous flowering shrub known for its heavy clusters of sweet-scented lavender-pink blooms and manageable 4-to-6-foot size.

Size: Reaches about 10 to 15 feet tall and wide in 10 years, eventually maturing to around 15 to 40 feet tall and 10 to 20 feet wide depending on growing conditions.
Growth Rate: Slow to moderate, adding about 12 to 15+ inches of growth per year.
Form: Naturally uniform, upright, and pyramidal. It features a strong central leader and requires no staking or heavy pruning.
Hardiness: Exceptionally cold-hardy (USDA Zones 2–8), tolerating temperatures well below zero.
Sunlight: Thrives best in full sun.
Soil: Prefers evenly moist, humus-rich, slightly acidic, and well-drained soil. It can tolerate periodic drought once fully established.
Maintenance: Very low maintenance. Water deeply during the first few growing seasons to establish a robust root system, and apply mulch to keep the roots cool.
