Blue Bird Clematis

A vine that is vigorous and hardy. The foliage is bright green colored, serrated, and pointy. There are also dainty, long petal, semi-double, lavender colored and creamy yellow centered flowers that bloom in the Springtime with some repeat flowering in the Summer.
